For 3PL, FBA prep and fulfilment.
Your clients receive Amazon France suspension emails. Today, the relationship either survives (they find a French provider, you have no involvement, lukewarm gratitude) or breaks (they blame you for not warning them, they churn). The partnership turns this into a moment that strengthens the relationship: you are the operator who unblocks them with a published-price French partner in 2 to 3 weeks. We deliver the EPR; you keep the client.
The strategic case in three or four points.
From first lead to live IDU, in four steps.
Client receives Amazon France suspension or warning, asks you what to do. Or a new client onboards and you flag French EPR as a checklist item.
You send a single email introducing the client (or use the partner API). We KYC and quote within 24 hours, fast-tracking flagged-by-Amazon files into the 48-72h priority track.
Electronic mandate signed by the client. Eco-organism dossiers filed by us. IDU on SYDEREP in 2-3 weeks (or under 7 days for suspension recovery).
You receive milestone notifications (signed, filed, IDU live). Your client gets unblocked on Amazon France; their fulfilment volume resumes. Your margin restores.
What you can publish on your website tomorrow.
The bullets below are formulated so you can copy them into your service catalogue, proposal templates and sales decks. We deliver everything you promise.
- →French EPR registration for any client shipping consumer goods to France via your warehouse
- →Suspension recovery in 48-72 hours for clients already deactivated on Amazon France
- →Preventive registration as part of new-client French market onboarding
- →All ten French EPR streams under one partner contract — no scope holes
- →Published flat pricing your sales team can quote on the call without escalation
- →No fulfilment scope creep: we do not compete on your warehouse or shipping services
- →Quarterly commission reports with full transparency on client status
The questions your BD team will ask first.
We are a 3PL — we ship the goods, not the regulatory paperwork. Why should our clients trust us with EPR?
They already trust you for the high-stakes operational layer (their inventory, their margins, their delivery promise). EPR is the same trust gradient, one step over. You do not become the mandataire — we do. You become the point of contact who solves the problem when a client gets an Amazon France suspension email at 11pm. The structural alternative is: client searches Google in panic, calls a random provider, loses 3 weeks. You can be the second outcome.
Do we earn commission only on signups or on ongoing revenue too?
Both. Commission is paid on the upfront setup invoice and on each month of ongoing service for the contractual partnership period (typically 24 months). Switch-providers risk is on us. If the client churns from us, your trailing commission stops; if the client stays for 5 years, you collect for 24 months. This is the standard SaaS revenue share architecture applied to compliance.
Our warehouse is in Poland / Netherlands / Germany. We do not have a French presence. Does that affect anything?
It does not affect the EPR partnership. We are France-established; you are not required to be. The only operational consequence is that your clients warehousing in non-FR but shipping to FR are clearly the French EPR producer (chain of title flows through them, not through your warehouse). That makes them a clean EPR customer, not a complicated one. We handle the filing.
Do you compete with our fulfilment offer?
No. We are administrative-only. We do not warehouse, do not ship, do not handle customs clearance, do not invoice your clients for fulfilment services. Our scope is the EPR mandate, eco-organism filings and SYDEREP IDU. Your fulfilment business is unaffected.
