For EU EPR providers.
You operate EPR in Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium or another Member State. Your clients increasingly need France-specific coverage to comply with PPWR Article 45 from 12 August 2026. The mandataire REP must be France-established — that is what we are. One partnership letter, you add France to your service map without opening a French entity, hiring a French team, or learning Citeo, Refashion, Ecosystem and the rest from scratch.
The strategic case in three or four points.
From first lead to live IDU, in four steps.
You share a list of clients shipping to France (no PII, just legal names and stream needs). We assess scope and pre-quote wholesale pricing per client.
You hand over each client via shared folder or API. Mandate signed under your brand (white-label) or co-branded. KYC handled by us in French.
We file with the relevant French eco-organism(s). IDU lands on SYDEREP within 2-3 weeks per stream. You receive a status webhook at filing, approval, and publication.
We file the 28 February declaration. CSV / API feedback exports the French tonnage into your master EPR dashboard so the data structure matches your German/Italian/Spanish records.

The questions your BD team will ask first.
Our clients want one provider for all EU markets. Doesn’t a partner network create friction?
For your clients it is one quote, one invoice, one point of contact — you. The fact that France is operated through a France-established mandataire is regulatory architecture, not commercial architecture. Your clients see your delivery; the SYDEREP registration shows the France mandataire because French law requires it, identical to how German clients see Take-e-way, Italian clients see CONAI partners, etc. Standard practice across the EU EPR ecosystem.
How do we coordinate annual declarations across Member States?
We file the French declaration each 28 February with the tonnage data you provide (or that we extract from your shared client folder). Our default workflow exports a YAML/CSV summary of French tonnage immediately after filing, so your master compliance dashboard is fed the same data your German/Italian/Spanish declarations use. For API partners we expose a status webhook on filing completion.
Can we co-brand the proposal to enterprise clients (Fortune 500, large EU retailers)?
Yes. Co-branded track is built for this. We can co-sign proposals, share a slide deck, attend client calls as your French delivery partner, and operate under a joint partnership letter. For multi-Member-State enterprise pursuits this typically wins more than either party going solo.
What is the exclusivity stance?
Non-exclusive by default. We work with any EU EPR provider whose client portfolio needs French coverage. We do not exclude your competitors. The protection in the partnership letter is on individual clients (non-circumvention) — once a client is introduced, we do not market into that client base. We also do not partner with French-established mandataires whose offer overlaps with ours.
